At AWANI, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide high-quality products. As an Armenian-based business, our return and refund policy is designed in accordance with local practices and customer care standards.

Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

• All original tags and packaging must be included

• The item must not be damaged or altered

AWANI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

You will receive instructions on how to proceed.

• Returns must be sent back to Armenia

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• We will process your refund within a reasonable timeframe

• The refund will cover the full product amount only

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
